On 29th January, I had the pleasure of meeting Deborah Choi, the inspiring Founder of Founderland.org, at Factory Berlin Mitte. Our conversation was a stimulating exchange of ideas, focused on exploring new ways to support entrepreneurs through meaningful collaborations.

During our discussion, we explored Deborah’s role as a host entrepreneur for the European Commission’s Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs (EYE) programme. As Abu+ and our EM Consortium actively support new entrepreneurs in this programme, having Deborah Choi as one of our host entrepreneurs is an exciting opportunity. Her experience and leadership offer invaluable learning experiences for the aspiring entrepreneurs we mentor, providing them with direct access to international expertise, mentorship, and business insights that can shape their entrepreneurial journeys.
We also discussed the integration of DQF.eu credentials with Founderland.org activities to validate the skills and competencies of entrepreneurs. By leveraging these European-recognised digital qualifications, Founderland.org entrepreneurs can gain a competitive edge, enhancing their professional development and credibility in an increasingly digital and interconnected business landscape.
Another key point of discussion was how to build synergies between the Skillman.eu network and Founderland.org. Deborah showed great interest in learning more about Skillman.eu, our European initiative dedicated to vocational training and skills development in advanced manufacturing. As part of our broader commitment to fostering innovation, we see strong potential for collaboration in connecting entrepreneurs with upskilling opportunities, ensuring that business leaders remain at the forefront of technological and industry advancements.
